Hi, I'm Julie

I founded iQuest for Her out of a desire to create a supportive and empowering environment for emerging female leaders.

 

I'm French, I spent 13 years of my career in Asia and after 17 years in corporate leading teams across APAC and Europe, witnessing the gender gap and the unique challenges women face, I decided to leverage my experience and passion to raise female talents to make a tangible difference.

I am a resilient leader who has transformed personal adversity into strength, thriving in new environments and embracing change with courage. Throughout my career, I have passionately championed the growth and empowerment of women at various stage of their careers, hiring, coaching and mentoring female talents both within and outside my team.

Navigating Career Challenges with Adaptability and Community

 

From relocating to new countries 5 times, to recovering from personal setbacks while developing my career as a leader—have always faced the unknown and adapt to new environments building meaningful connections to leverage personal and professional challenges. Today, I put community as central pillar to help other women to take ownership of their obstacles and use my experience and transformational coaching approach to help them ignite their ambition wether in personal development, career transitions or leadership. 

As a recognition of my work and passion, I've received the Global Women of Influence Award in 2024
